Keresley Sustainable Urban Extension

The Coventry Local Development Plan

In December 2017 Coventry City Council adopted a new Local Plan - In this plan a large area of Keresley Parish greenbelt land was removed and designated as an area for housebuilding, the Keresley Sustainable Urban Extension (SUE), see links below. This calls for 3100 homes to be built, a new link road from Long Lane to Winding House Lane, two local retail centres and new schools.

There is now no GREENBELT land left in the Keresley Parish, it has all been given over to housing development within the Parish.

Coventry City Council
